Account Registration

One Account Policy

Account Currency
All bl111 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The currency cannot be changed after registration. All game stakes, winnings, bonus amounts, and transaction records displayed in your account will be shown in BDT.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawals
- Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms at the time the offer is published. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
General Bonus Conditions

Section 7
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the bl111 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the standards of fair play, honesty, and respect that bl111 expects of all registered players. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering more than one account or accessing the platform through accounts registered in another person's name.

Account Suspension & Closure
bl111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice where bl111 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where account closure is required for risk management, legal compliance, or responsible gaming purposes.
Player-Initiated Account Closure
You may request the closure of your bl111 account at any time by contacting the bl111 support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bl111 will process any pending legitimate withdrawal of real-money funds held in your account balance (net of any unsettled bonus obligations) within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Bonus balances and any wagering-requirement-bound funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure if applicable wagering requirements have not been met.
Self-Exclusion
